Outgoing facility has been blocked

I have a Airtel prepaid connection (mobile no. 8106808780).

I am using this SIM card for last three months. Some day before, my outgoing facility has been blocked and I have informed that, I have to submit my address proof, Photo and identity proof again.

But I have already subitted those documents at the time of taking the SIM card. So, why should I submit all the documents again?

However, I have visit the nearest Airtel office with all the necessary documents, and for that I have taken half a day leave from my office.

I have talked with a person regarding this in Air tel office (on road no 12, Banjara Hills), and he told me the photo will not acceptable, because that is a digital print copy.

Now a days digitlal print photograph is accepted everywhere. But Airtel dose not accept.

I don't know why. Can I know what is the reason of that kind of harassment?
