Change of identity, poor and unsupported service,

respected sir,

i already had complained for the same matter on ur toll free no of which refrrance no has been lost and i am extremely sorry for the reason.

it was a case of change of identity without prior notice and refusal to provide service even in given service period along with overdeduction of amount as well as to get bounded to physically present in service centre.

sir, i had a connection of airtel on which i had recharged for Rs 395/- rupees three hundred ninty fives only for the activation of the mobile office (internet on mbile in this plan unlimited surffing is alowed). but it was activated after 4 days but there was deduction of certain amount after each session when i complained on custmer care. i was asked to save new setting and not to use net till next 72 hrs. but problem remain same. i again complained for that and was suggested to get setting manually and not to use for next 48 hrs. then i had same problem, now i requested to talk to sr execucative but he refused to do so. i went to khatipura centre for the solution but it was useless and had same prob then i was advised to visit GAnpati plaza centre for the same where around 24 feb, again newsetting was provided. and it was said to me that now will bw no problem and period will be extended to 24 march, it was supposed to expire on 8 feb.

then i went to my home town and didnt used net. i used it on 4-5 march night and found prob was same.

then i approached to custmer care, khatiputra and ganpati centre but it was use less mean while on 9 march i found that my subscription was discontinued. then i went to khatipra airtel centre where they said to conferm my id. they said my id is changed so they are unable to help me. i given my driving licence as an id in which my address is of my home 842, gandhi colony jaisalmer (raj) but they said i m living in prem nagar jhotwara, Jaipur and refused for further assistance. they bound me to take off from hospital duties and visit again and again to visit their office. even thier custmer care centre charge for the call made to get assistance and support. i complained to nodal/ appleate officer he said we r sorry for all that and refunded 150 Rs.

mean while i complained for this matter to consumer forum of which ref no lost wd my sim.

sir, i m very unsatisfied and dishearted wather sach a serious crime to change someone's id and address and truly unproffessional attitude with a consumer batter to say even a person costs this?

i m infront of u in hope of justice. putting meunder mental strain, emotional trauma and suffering of my work should be noticed.

this is my regardiner regarding previous mail/ complaint

but no satisfactory action were taken by airtel and costumer care.

let me guide what shold i do in the case. should i loose the hope of the justice and my faith in constitution.

plz look over and consider accordingly about the matter
