This is Yeshwanth from Tumkur, am using Airtel connection (9900555313) from 1yr. I have recharged for Rs.98 to use unlimited GPRS on 17th May. Without proper information on this service through Message or IVR from company i didnt any info on Mobile Office settings. Bcoz of this i used Airtel Live for 2 days and i lost Rs.194. I Spoken to few executives in customer care number but noone helped me in this issue including Manager (Harsha).
