I am using prepaid card no 9960347749 from last four years. But still I am not satisfied your service. Every time, almost in every month deductions takes place from my account for the service which i haven't activated. Answers from the customer care are that service can't be star automatically and so u has to bear the charge. But for how many times i used to. Is there any ghost in your system who starts and stop the services. Stop playing these funny games with the customers.
Today (29.05.10) automatically (50 7)=57 Rs has been deducted from my account for downloading content from website as told by customer care ex (Smita)(Rf NO 0529050680), which i didn't download. Already i am using internet service (98Rs) in which upto 2 Gb downloading is free and still 1700 mb is left in my account, then why and for what i am being charged. Now i am totally frustrated & harassed by the airtel services. Now I am thinking over disconnecting this prepaid service.
Hoping favorable action will be taken and money will be refunded.
