Poor internet speed

I activated internet of Rs98 on 6 june on my mobile. The browising speed is very poor it takes about 7-10 mins to open website and sites like orkut doesnot open. I complaint to airtel but they told me it will be solved after 15june. Till that time pack is about to finish.please help me.
