Errorous billing and threatening calls

I went to China in the month of March where Airtel charged some GPRS charges of INR 30000 approx. I am pretty sure that this amount is not correct. Inspite of making multiple calls and writing numerous mails even to the level of appellate, my complain was not resolved to my satisfaction. I travel a lot abroad for my work and I make sure whenever I go out, I write an email to customer care and appellate and also make call to customer service department to update about my plan. However, inspite of my case pending with appellate and inspite of telling them that I would be out of india for certain number of days, the collection agency of Airtel made threatning calls to my family, freinds and colleagues and have tarnished all my image in the society. This has not happened just once. I have ben to around 3-4 countries in last 3 months and everytme I go out they make calls even after my reminder going to the appellate about me going out of India.

Untill now my problem has not been solved. There is no answers with appellate about my problem. I have not got any satisfactory response till now about my image being tarnished.

I have all records inclusing emails to prove my innocence. Pls help
