Unwanted messages and deduction of chrges withot concent

I am getting unwanted messages, like healthtips, messages can not display etc. Even the chrges are deducted from our balance without our concent and knowledge. Every day i am getting 15-20messages which disturbs a lot.

I want the service provider to stop this kind of unwanted messages immediatly.
