Hello,
I am receiving a lot of promotional messages on my airtel number even after getting my DND activated in the month of April. After that I logged a complaint for the same issue on 22nd June which was closed on 2nd July without any correspondence from Airtel. Ahen I called up the customer care executive, they told me that soemone had called me at 9:30 am on 2nd July and then only the complaint has been closed whereas I did not received any call.
After that I sent an email to the Airtel, to which I get a response saying that I will have to provide them the date & time, number of the sender and the content of the message that I am receiving and then only they can get it stopped. Would someone care to explain, that am I expectedt to sit idle and then note down all these bullshit details and provide it to you??
I was not aksed for these details when I started getting these messages, then why am I being asked of it now?
