Airtel activating services without my knowledge and deducting amount my account. Few days back, suddenly my balance was reduced by Rs. 20. I was shocked and called to airtel customer care. They told, Friends Chat was activated from my side before 20 days. But i didnt activate and also i didnt receive any notification of activation of service and amount deduction. i argued with Customer care executive and he refunded Rs.20. My Mobile no. is 9500175957. Is this the way of India's No.1 mobile service provider earning money? If they do like, they will reach World no.1 company by cheating common man.
