I have recharged on my mobile number 9849672176 Rupees 2, 010/- twice on 13-03 (Tx Id no: 1665745137) and another recharge on 19-04 (with Tx Id no: 958461228) with a offer that Airtel will provide Rupees 1, 100/- immediately after recharge of Rs 2, 010/- in main account on recharge and subsequently Rupees 100/- would be credited in DA 8 account for next 11 months. I have received only Rs 1, 100/- twice (on 13-03 & 19-04) after recharge but I'm not getting Rs 100/- in DA 8 account regularly.
According to my record I have received only 5 recharges of Rs 100/- each on 15-03, 14-04, 16-05, 13-06, 13-07 in my DA 8 account. I have also lodged complaints with customer care 6 times with the following complaint numbers :
1. 3073117005200 on 31-07
2. 43926686 on 03-08
3. 44038395 on 04-08
4. 44203284 on 05-08
5. 4408505 on 06-08
6. 3080716672100 on 07-08
but no action has been taken so far.
Kindly send my account statement from 15-03 till date 15-08.
