My cousin recently purchased a new Airtel number and had mentioned y name in the alternate number section, i am now getting minimum 15 calls a day from the number 9730028886 starting from 8 o clock in the morning since August 13 i gave my cousin's alternate number almost every time someone called me asking for her
Finally frustrated from this i told one of the guy that i am going to complain this to the authorities for you are calling me and harrasing me for the fact. for which the guy in a very cold manner told me" sure! go ahead and do whatever you want to" i was shocked to get a response like this from a customer care. not only that i have now presently received 3 calls again after this happened asking for my cousin.
i am now clearly not going to take this matter lightly and i have just submitted my grievance here.
