Starting services on my phone without knowledge even after complaining to them week after week after week

I own a no. for the past couple of years. I never bothered to notice until sometime back that I was getting random alerts from movies to jobs to cricket.

In the past 10 days, I have checked with the Airtel 121 Start Stop services, and I have the SMS from them that confirms that I do not have any Value Added Services. However, when I called customer service (every time they charge me for talking to a representative too), they said I had 5 services activated on my phone. I have not started any service, and the customer service representative replies "our servers had a problem". They started billing me for random things because their server had a problem.

After following up twice already, and getting confirmations that all services are deactivated, I checked with them again. The representative this time, Manjit Singh, claims that I have a new service activated called Bollywood alert. Its funny because I am getting cricket alerts at the moment. On asking them, how did it start, he says, his computers are down but he knows that this service was activated on Aug 1!! I asked for the manager, he says manager is not available and hangs up the phone. Mind you, again this call was billable.

I have absolutely no idea of how much money has been taken out of my account without my knowledge. Even though as per law, no services can be activated on a phone line without customer approval, they still randomly keep starting services. I am a businessman, and time is very expensive for me. i keep wasting time following up with the representatives and still they continue cheating.
