Hello Sir
Here we want to state that We have applied for the airtel landline connection and have been allotted the no. 0120-4744999. We have applied for the connection through your employee Mr. Basant and have made all the payment to him on 1st of August. but yet the connection is not activated. also we have registered complaints so many times about the same on customer care. but no action has been taken against yet. We have contacted to Mr. Basant telephonically but he is not picking his phone. We have been facing this problem since we have applied for the connection. You are requested here to take the immediate action and give us the response for the same
