I Sandeep Yadav (981066113) have been receiving SMS alerts for someone else's Airtel Landline number.
I have reported this issue many times to Airtel customer care but its been 8 months no action has been taken against this.
I have logged several complaints but the issue is still there. Whenever i reach the airtel mobile customer care they route me to airtel landline customer care and vice versa. In the last few weeks the frequency of these false alerts have increased along with some calls as well. This is really frustrating to receive somebody else's call to pay the pending bills other wise they will cut the connection.
I have been receiving these alerts for the landline number:011-41825980 which is in the name of Sonia Jabbar (email: [email protected], account number:13020606). As a proof i have kept all the SMS's i have received till now.
Could some one look into this issue seriously as every time i have logged a complaint its been told to me that its been fixed but it comes up again and again. I have been associated with airtel from the last 4 years and if this continues then i have to unwillingly switch to another service provider. kindly look into this asap and fix it.
Please intervene and get this sorted out on priority. I also demand compensation of Rs. 1 lacs for mental stress and time I had spent in unnecessary conversation. Please do the needful.
