Echarge in my prepaid card is not successful for past 1 week

Sir,

iam Dimple from Chennai, my airtel mobile no is 9790790238, .I am facing an unusual problem from past one week. from past one week recharge in my prepaid card is not successful. Whenever i try to recharge it the error shown in my mobile is recharge not successful. I called customer care of the concern company (airtel) many times but no action was taken, i don't even know whats the actual problem is. I am a doctor and iam suffering a lot because of this problem.
