The balance has gone down to '0' and the paid cusotmer care number is putting the call for unlimited minutes

Hello,

I had a balance of Rs.800/- while I was boarding to France. The mobile was used for couple of minutes of in coming call.

There after when I switched it ON today after 3 months, the balance says '0' and I am unable to make or receive calls now.

I contacted the paid customer care number at 9895198951 and they were putting me on hold for unlimited time.

My number is: 9895611836.

Request you to please address this as a serious concern.
