Horrible customer care service

I am holding mobile no. 09898851130 for last two year as a prepaid customer. I have approached you local office at VAPI for converting my mobile from Pre-paid to post paid that was my biggest mistake; I have done in my life!!!

One of their local officer representative Mr. Gaurav holding mobile no. 09898752569 has explain the scheme and requested necessary documents. I have handed over Photo copy of following documents

1. Photo copy of Pan Card.

2. Residence Electric bill

3. Photo copy of my Prepaid SIM Card along with SIM.

4. Photo copy of my ID card (Employee ID CARD)

I asked their representative that if you want any more documents I will provide the same, He told me that this will do. I have requested that I need national roaming free, he told me that you need to deposit Rs. 500/-. I have visited their office on 05th June. Same day they have disconnected my present working pre-paid mobile no. 09898851130.

Next day morning I have receive the new SIM card, I have activated the SIM on same day. On 07th June I have deposited Rs. 500/- refundable deposit vide receipt no 2282. of Global Communication, Jay Tower, Wing "B" Shop no. 1, 2, 3, Selvas road VAPI - 396195.

Till date my STD facility not activated though I have requested in the beginning and requested deposit also deposited. Same was informed frequently to your customer care number 121 but sorry to say no response.

Suddenly, I have received the message that your document not received so you service will be disconnected. I am surprised with this message and I call Mr. Gaurav that what is happening. He told me I will look in to the matter and accordingly I will take the action. Nothing was happened, lastly I have approached on your customer care mobile no. 09898012345 your customer care executive inform that you have not deposited latest proof. I said ok I will submit the same REF No is 466715144. I have submitted the latest document very next morning around 9.00 AM 13th June. Up to evening 06.30 no action was initiated by local office and suddenly in the after noon my SIM was deactivated without informing me. I have again personally approached the office around 06.30. I meet Mr. Amish your customer care representative; I asked the contact no of your customer care executive they have given me the Mobile no. 09898552355. He told me that your mobile will be activated within 15 minutes. I inform your CC Exe, that tomorrow I am going MUMBAI so I need the phone, he said ok I will personal look in to the matter.

UNFORTUNATELY till today my SIM WAS NOT ACTIVATED.

Today, I have again approached the local office. I meet Mr. Amish, I requested him that I want to discontinue my associating with your service. Please return my prepaid card as well as deposit amount. He told me that we don't have the power so need to come tomorrow for cancellation.

Looking to last 10 days experience, It was horrible. All adv. effort put by AIRTEL are going in to drain. They are not able provide the existing customer how we expect they they will provide to new customer.
