Providing AON service forcefully

Dear Sir/madam,

I am customer of Airtel, Gujarat. My number is 9974289777.

I am not started AON service on my number, But that service is forcefully started by airtel. I want to stop these service on my phone and refund my amount in my account.

I want to activate Rs.98 plan for GPRS service.

I talked with customer executives two three times, but not getting positive respond.
