Sir i m using airtel from past 2-3 yrs but every now & then they automatically start services & start deducting money for services, but this time the crossed every limit..i got msg from the airtel that they have activated a daily sms pack from airtel for they will change Rs. 1 Per day i read the msg & i deactivated that scheme immediately. From last 4-5 days i realized that they have started daily deduction from my balance so i called customer care the executive told me that u have activated Value Added service of Daily sms pack from 7 aug on your mobile it costs rs. 1 per day i told them that i have immediately deactivated that service she replied that yes but at the time you have apply to deactivate that service our SERVER has some problem & because of that your service is not deactivated i asked her for to give me my balance back she said we cannot give it back to you and she cut the call after that i am trying to call them again & again but the computer generated msg replying that you have exceed the calling limit. What the hell is this sir it is, our money has no value...
Please suggest me what should i do now.
