Extra validity not credited according to recharge offer!

I received an recharge offer that on rc399! 180 days validity (normal90days). I had recharged my mobile on same day. But extra validity was not credited to till now. I received recharge offer sms on april 6.i had called customer care for 19 times. Airtel is a cheater!
