Mobile Services has been stopped

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am having a connection of Airtel Mobile Services with MB NO: 9898031712 since long a time period. It was been non operated since last 2 or 3 months back and was found disconnected so personally visited Airtel’s Service Outlets and came to know that the above mentioned Mobile Services has been stopped and cannot be activated. It was request to all the higher authorities including Zone Manager and many others but there was a negative reply from each and every end. It was also requested that what ever proofs are required to reactivate the same mobile no shall be furnished by myself yet no positivity appeared inspiring me to mail you to u.
