Although I have closed my account and deposited the airtel instrument, still there has been a bill generated of amount Rs 878 under the account number 11591037 for the phone number 0124-4039740.
Airtel is constantly chasing for the payment but I had already logged this complaint on 12/09 and got a reply from Airtel on the same day that the issue is now resolved.
Still now AIRTEL is chasing for the payment. I would like help from Consumer Forum to get it resolved.
