Hi

This is Christina from Mumbai, its very annoying that your executives call people from users contact history if they due their bill by one month. Actually i got a call from an airtel executive stating that do you Mr. XYZ, that person has not paid the bill yet so please inform that person to do the same. Is it your companies new policy to disturb other user, i told that executive that i was busy and will take to her later on but she didnt hung up her call and was annoying me.. Please look into this and if possible please try not to use user's personal contact numbers. And for your notice she keeps me calling daily and the number from which she called me was 09004604915.

Please look into this as soon as possible and my friend will pay his bill only once any action is taken against this issue..
