Hi,

I have been an Airtel postpaid customer for almost three years.

I am really upset with the service of Airtel. Tried to raise a request on your website, always gives me a message "We cannot process your request, try later". I went to an Airtel office they took my documents and money and didnt process the request. Last one month I have been chasing you people to cut the connection but nothing is happening.

Moreover, the customer care executive don't even bother to talk in a helping manner. I believe I have to take up this to the consumer forum and other concerned govt. departments.

I would never opt for Airtel in my life. Even I would suggest all of my colleagues and friends to cancel their connection at their earliest sharing my experience.

Providing and activating connection takes an hour. While converting it to prepaid and cancelling it takes 2 weeks. Is it just to make money??

I don't want to pay the monthly rental for last month.
