Deduction of money from prepaid account and no reasons given

Hello,

I would like to log a complaint against Aitel. The reason being that they have been deducting money from my Pre paid account for no reason. Even when I have called them several time there were no response from there side. They told me that they will find why this is happening, but they failed at there commitment.

Please take he action for the same.
