Actication of GPRS Plan

I am an Airtel mobile phone user, my airtel no is 9818316195

I had bought Nokia C3 Mobile from faridabad on 12.10. Airtel has offered a scheme of free 2GB GPRS pack for 6 months with Nokia C3 mobile. Airtel hasd confirmed that this facility will start as soon as i will insert my airtel sim in Nokia C3 phone, but the same not started then i had called customer care 198 they told me reolve the problem in 72 hrs. but that 72 hrs repeated for more than 10 days. After that i had mailed & called Nodal office delhi to resolve my problem. As per request by Nodal officer i had sent them my invoice & receipt of Nokia C3 phone by mail through airtel office. but thenafter they had not resolved my problem. After nodal i had contacted appellate officer of airtel but till date they have also not resolved the problem. Now it is more tha 42 days to resolve a small issue.

I am fed to call up every day to Nodal/appellate officer delhi to know the status of my problem. Every time they promise me they will resolve my problem in 24 hrs but till date nothing has happened

Please reolve my problem
