Misguiding costumers with false messages

I got a message from airtel that missguided about the recharge related informations

The pramotinal calls are also faulty wich get automaticaly activated

The costomer care is faulty as it takes long time to respond although it is chargable, sometimes they even hangup the call without giving the complete information.
