Ignorant customer care service

15 rs was deducted from my account on 5-12-10... the reason was unclear so i called the customer care... a person argued with me that i myself have subscribed for it... when i told him that i wanted to lodge a complaint about this he put me on hold for around 9 minutes.they even charge us 50ps for 3 mnts. i have to pay to get justice and i did not even get that.
