Sir, I am Airtel Prepaid Mobile no.(09810410930) customer for approx last 7years with life long validity and approx Rs300 as balance. In Dec Airtel has discontinued my no.and sim has been locked without notice. At present i am on roaming and no call has been made from said no since sim is out of my mobile. when i insert sim in mobile in dec i came to know that my no.(09810410930) does not exist. though i have again submitted my verification documents on 7 decin name of (RAVINDER JIT SINGH CHOPRA)&address proof (9/3209, gurdwara gali no.5 gandhi nagar, DELHI-31). I have also called customer care on 7 dec with request no-5655803 &on 8 dec with request no-56792313 for reactivication of my no.(09810410930) but all in vain. I am a Bank Officer and i have very problems because of dicontinuation of my no. without notice, since it is a lifetime no. and has balance in it.
Kindly, ask the airtel to restore /reactivate my no.(09810410930) at the earliest.
