Sms service deactivation

My number is 9970344690 [Airtel]

i get sms from 56060 for that i get deducted 1 rs per day

i want to deactivate this service but i am unable to do that if i call customer care they say that there is no service activated

and if i send LAST sms to 121 then i get reply that 1rs has been deducted for service 77_Lcl sms

i have been calling customer care from 2 months but they are unable to deactivate this service... so approximately 60 rs has been deducted from my account

will they refund me?? i am not expecting this much from them

but now some how i want to deactivate this service please deactivate this...
