I am Puneet..this complaint is from my mother's side. She is having an AIRTEL connection from last 1 year. AIRTEL is sending regularly unwanted messages.even i have complain them by calling on customer care service 3 times... first in May, August and last in November every time they made sure to me that they will stop this service with in 2 months... but nothing works... Now at last i think of complaining against AIRTEL in consumer court..
