We purchased nokia n8 mobile on13/12 with a offer of free mobile internet from airtel for 6 months. but till 26/12 we are not able to use any internet service on said phone.we insert sim of airtel company just after we purchased the handset & no other company sim card used by us in this handset. when we complaint at airtel flagship store (hargobind nagar, phagwara) then they said this type of offer not provided by the company.but offer label printed on the handset box & we also contact at nokia care (opposite bus stand, phagwara) they said the free internet service will be provided by the airtel not by nokia. we also complaint at airtel care no. 12118. our complaint no. is 222327423. they insure us that will survey the complaint but till date we get no response.
