Undue demand of bill payment with mental harrasment

Dear Sir

I have requested to disconnect my Land line number 0172 4676204 in the month of Oct and got the request number 103940850 from Airtel customer care toward disconnection of the same. Dispite of this Airtel keep on sending the bill till feb. In the month of March Airtel ask me to pay 1900 Rs towards disconnection of the phone. When resistant they reduce the amout to Rs.690 which was again not paid by me as all disconnection dues were paid in the month of oct and same was confirmed by customer care excutive.

Last week we got call from airtel number 918853757198 pretending to be SHO at Tees Hazari court Delhi towards issue of non bailable warrants with an option to pay the bill before 1PM on same day i.e. 29th Dec.

This is clearly a case of Mental harrasment from an unethical organisation like Bharti Airtel.
