Mobile Number Permanently Cancelled

This is to inform you that without my knowledge my airtel number have been permanently cancelled,

A month ago i was asked to submit the document, which i did at Howrah DObson Road Relationship Care,

And i was using this Number from a very long period of Time, and all of sudden, my number was cancelled, yesterday when i got in touch with the Customer Care, as my Sim was showing registration failed, they informed me, it may be because of non-usage of the Phone, but i would like to pin point that the phone was in regular use, But last month as my cell phone Broke down, it wasnt in use for a month or so, but on a average note, It is on regular use.

I on being discontinued with this number would face a lot of Problem and severe Business Loss

I would request you to kindly, Please re-activate my Cell no. again.
