I have lodge complain with my mobile service provider Airtel regarding weak network at my residence. My First complain was lodged on 23/01 and time and till now. They have been making promise that they are working on it as there are many complain of same nature from my area but till date nothing has been done. I feel this is a case of Deficiency of Service.
