Publishing mesages from Airtel number are legal or illegal?

Hi all,

Recently one of my friend girl friend uncle warning her by saying he will take print and show of her call history and messages to their parents.

He is working as Airtel Zonal Manager in other area. Her number also Airtel number.

My Question is that Airtel zonal manager has right to take print out of her personal messages and call history without proper reason?

If he did what can her do? can she proceed legally and complaint to Airtel department. or can she register a case on him.

Please help me out. as he decided to show her number history which contains personal messages.
