Credit of recharge amount

Echarge amount not credited in mobile no- 9816969643. at 04.15 pm on 08 jan. as per information recharge was successfully done for rs60 vide trans id 1259420421 but the amount was not credited in balance. an urgent action for the same is requested . kindly re-imburse the amount.
