Ihad logged to a random website which in any ways was related to airtel, but after accidentally clicking on a link i received a message from 1210 that i hav downloaded a game and i have been charged of 99 rs for the same. Now i want to know why there was no intimstion of the game being marketed or advertised by airtel on the link. When i called customer care and i spoke to prakash h said yes i have downoaded the game narnia and i hav been charged for the same. It was nice though he said he would be reversing the charges. However im still not suremhow can any telecommunication company play with ones security and personal details so easily.
