Hi,
My name is SUDARSHAN DUTTA from Guwahati. I have an airtel connection (9678883673). From last few days, a rupee is being deducted from my account daily for may be some false subscription which i haven't done. Even when i tried to contact the customer care at 121, no one attended the call. This is not the first instance when this happened. Earlier too Job alert was subscribed without my notice and each day a rupee was deducted. Even if the job alert was subscribed, i didnt get any job alert hence i didn't know that it was subscribed, and airtel happily decuted 50 rupees from my account (this i got to know when i called customer care). This repeated incidences is becoming quite frustating.
If anyone personnel of AIRTEL is hearing, I would first request him to first stop the sevice which is deducting a rupee from my account and then do the necessary to refund the amount.
