Received a call from a unwanted numbe

Dear Sir/madam,

Please check i received a call from this number 923052866912. When i checked it said it is a mobilink customer. Hence, checked the country code on internet and it reflected that this is the country code for pakistan.

Please check on this issue why i received this call..
