Service activation without permission

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to draw your attention that My sim card Number is 99286 13814 and it has Roaming now.

I had received a msg. from Airtel (Voice chat code), then i made a called to this no. as we do simply when we see new number.

when i made a call on that number then Customer care offered me to activate this service but i did not press any button, it's again offered me but i disconnected the line.

It was happened on 18.01.11 on 09:58PM and i gor msg. from customer cate (Airtel) for activation on midnight at 03:00AM appx.

When i see the msg. then i had called to Airtel customer care to Mr. Prasad Kumar & another one too on dated 19.01.11 (today) at 9:00AM appx., they replied same that I have press the button for activation but I'm refusing for the same bcoz I know very well that I am saying true.

Would request you to pls do the needful & stop this autocracy which is doing by Customer Care Staff.
