Sir/Madam,

Myself Shrabani Sinha (D/o T.K.Devmajumder) with Mb No 9800017659 of AIRTEL facing serious problem since last 9 days when i get an SMS from 53030 and deduct 50paisa/sms. This happens twice or thrice a day. Meanwhile i also visit your custm. care off. in BENACHITI, Durgapur for this prob and they said betwn. 48 hrs the prob. will be rectified but still no result. I also go for your NDNC facility but deduction still on progress.

Now my question is who's fault it is and who will pay the price?
