I requested MNP from my airtel prepaid to Tata Docomo postpaid on 21-01-11 and got unique porting number aa1135h2. I have been told by tata docomo that airtel has rejected stating contractual obligation.
I have conacted airtel customer care and they have no idea about it and tata docomo say it has been rejected by airtel and they have to approve.
I don't know what contact a prepaid customer has with airtel, I have been using it since 4 years and its on my name.
kindly fix the issue
