Airtel Live Charges

Hi,

I am using airtel number 9871510465 from last 7-8 years, I have seen my latest airtel bill there is 1600 charges for airtel live which is i have never used. I purchases a nokia C3 on 19th Jan and i got automatic setting of internet on my mobile after that i have started to use my internet but that will count in Airtel live i don't know why is count in airtel live that should be count in gprs for gprs i am paying Rs. 499/ month.

i have called lot of time to them but they are every time is saying will see your case.my bill amount is Rs. 2689 for this month i want waiver of all airtel live around Rs. 1600/-
