I have alreay possted a complaint as shown below and also sent a mail to [email protected].
But everything in vain. From nodal officer whenever I contact I get an info saying that it's been escalated and ask me to wait for 48 hours. But nothing has happened so far. This is really cheating an nobody takes up the responsibility. When I posted this complaint in this forum I got an autoamted mail saying that I will be contacted for further details. That's all.
In short looks like I lost my 1000 Rs and Airtel is least bothered about customers inconvenience for buying their product. Is there any way of getting back that money atleast..

Airtel International calling card not working
On 5th Feb my husband bought Airtel world calling cardsworth Rs 1000/-
from Bangalore International airport.
Though the Airtel authorized vendor assured him that all of the cards are
preactivated but from Netherlands when he tried to use them, he got to know that
it's not activated.
I am just wondering how this kind of frauds can be happen from an esteemed
service provider like Airtel! I would request the authorities to activate the
cards at the earliest.
We feel really cheated.
My contact i.d [email protected].
Expecting an early response
