I am Karthick, I am Airtel customer for past one year.i enjoy the service with some up and downs, at any place i get tower with uninterrupted services, suddenly balance reduces due to caller tune activation (with out our knowledge).that not a problem.
Now my account balance is 40 paise. Just now i start my career as executive and provide my number to my higher officals and customers. reads my situation and imagine my position.
My airtel number is 9597493922.when i recharge through top up card i receive a sms as Service class change violation. For that purpose i contact customer care for around Four times.
1st time: They inform me.some problems in card so u top up through easy deal.
2nd time: I do the same, problem exist.what can i do. make a 2Rs easy deal. ok
3rd time: Through my number i cant able to contact customer care. i think they forbid my number. with the help of another airtel customer i contact and inform about my problem.
they said we forward the call to our higher officials.i wait for around 10 min in call suddenly call cut.
4th time. i call customer care. one Madam (i don't like to type her name) attend the call and said we take your complaint we send you the complaint number also with in today or Tomorrow your problem solve. she tell me its a technical problem in a yokelish manner
I said ok madam.and i cut the call.
can u inform me when the problem over.if its exist for more than a week.my complaint number is CANRC30211679374, CANRC2011637315.
If they said this at the first time i don't bother about this, and i do my work. otherwise i simply remove my airtel sim and do further action regards that.
i am waiting for your reply.
I am a educated person so i complaint this matter.what the people in village do.they don't know to make a call to customer care.theys assume the card is duplicate.other person only help them it take more than a month
