Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to complaint about a recharge issue with number portability. I have lost some money due to this issue. My prepaid was ported from idea to airtel recently.
The problem is whenever I try to recharge my number online (which is often my mode of recharge), my bank account balance is deducted but no recharge is received. I have contacted airtel cc regarding this issue but they tell me that there is no such issue.
After googling a bit I have found that many more people are facing the same issue. Please do the needful as it is very inconvenient not getting a recharge whenever you want and on top of that getting charged for it. I hope the last thing airtel would want to offer a newly migrated customer is inconvenience.
