Alance getting deducted even after complaint

I have mailed 2 complaints since yesterday and no action has been taken by airtel yet.

i have trying airtel customer care since so many days but their all lines are busy.

my number is 9560656269.

rs30 have been deducted from my account unnecessarily.

i will be really obliged if some action is taken for my complaint.
