Poor Bharti Airtel Mobile Service provider charging its customers Re.00.50/- Paisa for 3 minutes to speak to their customer care executives... earlier these services were provided free of cost by them. I bet that many customers must have switched to other mobile service providers that's why airtel has planned such a move... More so they are putting up unnecessary charges for usage of GPRS which I never used on my cell phone. Every month I have to call them for reversal of the charges... Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal & his team please take necessary measures otherwise customers shall be constrained to approach Consumer Fora and Competition Commission for which you have to shell out handsome consideration for contesting cases and paying hefty compensations.
