Auto Activation of World Cup SMS Service

Hi,

I dont knw how the circket sms service has got activated and my balance is daily deducted. But is has been also seen in recent past that all the services were automatically been activated as the cell number is given to my Mom who even don't know how to sms for the activation or deactivation of any service.

i want to immediately deactivate the service. My no is 9818436077
